Insanity... It's what you need to complete this workout.

Oh my goodness. I am back on the "try to get fit" kick and so I am borrowing the program "insanity" from a friend while I wait for TurboFIRE to come on sale and then I will purchase that and throw out insanity (give it back to my friend). But until then I think I am going to be a little insane. 
Last night I did the first workout. It is the "fit test". You do the fit test every two weeks and track your progress and how you improve throughout the 60 days of workout. 
Let me tell you.... It KILLED me! My legs feel like jello and I am dragging my heels to do the next workout. Right now Jenni is watching a show and I am contemplating sending her up to her room to play so I can kill myself again. Ummmm.... Maybe I'll let her finish her episode.... *bashful face*
So, here are my "before" pics that took last night and I will post every two weeks my pics along with my fit test results. 




So that you can actually see what I have done I will write it out. 
1. Switch kicks - 41
2. Power jacks - 30
3. Power knees - 65
4. Power jumps - 6
5. Globe jumps - 4
6. Suicide jumps (burpees) - 7 
7. Push-up jacks - 6 modified
8. Low plank oblique - 14 modified

Each exercise is pictured above. 
It is exactly what you think. INSANE!!!!
